inkPulse - For Youth Who Love To Write
Posted by Eric
The Writers Guild of Alberta presents inkPulse, a new day camp for young writers, aged 12-18, wishing to explore their creative potential. We tap into your imagination through creation, collaboration and diversity!
Talented artists from around Canada join forces to bring you exciting lessons incorporating movement, sound, performance and writing exercises, all designed to inspire text creation. You will work individually, in small groups and with the entire ensemble; classes are taught by individual instructors, pairs of teachers and the whole teaching team. The days are jam-packed – not only with lessons, but with special guests, individual writing time and group activities. Our goal is to give you the opportunity to express yourself freely while you connect with other creative teens and meet brilliant Canadian artists.
When is inkPulse?
There are two inkPulse day camps for 2009:
July 24-25, 2009, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, Strathcona Public Library, Sherwood Park ($80),
